Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of SAYC ("the platform"). The platform is a private, access-restricted operations tool for authorized insurance agents and other personnel specifically authorized to support insurance operations — it is not offered to the general public. By accessing or using the platform, an authorized user agrees to these Terms.

2. Authorized use only

Access to the platform is granted only to individuals who have been specifically authorized — as an insurance agent or other authorized operational personnel. Accounts are personal to the individual they are issued to and may not be shared. Attempting to access the platform without authorization, or using another person's account, is prohibited.

3. Responsible use of client information

Users are responsible for accessing and processing client information only when they have appropriate authorization and a legitimate business purpose for doing so. Being granted access to the platform does not, by itself, establish legal authority over any specific client's information. Users must comply with applicable insurance regulations and any other legal obligations that apply to their own role when using the platform.

4. Account security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials and for all activity that occurs through their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly using the contact information below.

5. Prohibited conduct

Without limiting the above, users may not:

  • Access or attempt to access the platform without authorization
  • Access client or agent information without a legitimate business purpose
  • Share account credentials with any other person
  • Interfere with or attempt to circumvent the platform's access controls or security measures
  • Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to authorized insurance operations

6. Google integrations

The platform supports optional, authorized integrations with certain Google services — including Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar — to help manage documents, communications, and scheduling on behalf of authorized users. Use of these integrations is described in the platform's Privacy Policy and remains part of the platform's authorized operational use.

7. Calls, messages, and third-party services

The platform's calling, call-recording, and text-messaging features work through Aloware, a third-party provider in which each user holds their own account, and the platform also relies on other third-party services, including Google. Use of those services is subject to their own terms. Users are responsible for using these features in accordance with applicable law, including obtaining any consent or permission required before recording a call or sending a text message.

8. Availability and changes

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. It may be updated, modified, or made temporarily unavailable at any time, including for maintenance. No specific level of uptime or availability is guaranteed.

These Terms, and the platform's features, may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. No warranty

The platform is provided for internal, authorized operational use only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
